At Landis & Landis Baths our number one priority, when faced with events like the COVID-19 Pandemic, is the health and safety of our team members and our customers. Our country and our communities are facing challenges that most of us have never faced before. We want to let you know that we are taking stringent measures to protect the health and safety of everyone we work with, including our customers, our vendors and our employees. We have taken unprecedented steps to follow the guidelines provided by public health officials and our government leaders to keep everyone around us healthy and safe. We want our customers to know that we are doing everything we can to continue to meet our on-time installation start and completion dates. We are mandating that our employees stay home if they are sick. We also take their temperature each morning before we head to your home and if they have a temperature then I am your backup. We only work on your job from start to finish. We create a direct path from your front door to the area that we are working and do not veer from that path. We are also providing sanitizer to our employees and we will wipe down all items that we install with an alcohol base sanitizer before we leave. Since our in-store traffic is limited compared to the bigger general merchandise stores, we can easily re-sanitize specific areas in our store as they are utilized throughout the day. For quoting purposes and finalizing the remodeling project, I can also schedule private appointments in our showroom or bring samples and design options to your home thus limiting outside contact. We are a family owned and operated company that strives to make the Angie's List customer satisfied. We have not missed a start or a completion date on a project since 1997. We aren't like most other remodeling companies - we clean up after ourselves and we do it right the first time.

Nick paid close attention to details and saved my 43 yr-old wallpaper in both bathrooms. We truly cannot praise his expertise and workmanship enough!!! And, neat!!! Nick kept everything very clean and neat. I never had to follow behind him to cleanup. We highly recommend Landis and Landis!!!!"

"We have hired Premier Garage for our last two homes in Zionsville. Their pricing was the best of the quotes we received, and the work was done well and on time. Jon was great to work with on the sales end, and the install team did a nice job. The installer even recommended changing the paint chip color on the day of the install because he thought that the color scheme may clash a bit. I thought this may delay us, but they were able to get another color there that SAME DAY and there was no delay. I would highly recommend using them!"

"Lori is MIRACLE !!!!! My mother and I had to urgently move from one apartment to another. We were both under a great deal of stress and also have some mobility issues. Lori helped us to go through our entire home and purge 7 years of items that we really did not need or want to move to our new home. She kept us on track and took truck loads of items for donations or recycle. Lori is very clear to ensure what you want to keep, give to family, donate, or recycle. Trash is not encouraged and she has contacts with charities that can make use almost any item that you are no longer using. It was refreshing and wonderful to see someone so committed to charity and recycle. Items I really thought were trash she found options that can make use of the items. She worked with my mother to pack our entire kitchen and more, then came to new location to unpack. She completely organized our new pantry and kitchen. She helped us unpack and clear out all the boxes from move, with patience, kindness, and RESPECT. ONE extra big bonus us as well, LORI LOVES DOGS and even fosters them. We could not board our 3 small dogs during the move because of spring break. They were just as stressed as we were and all of our pups just love her. My brother was also helping with our move, he tried to tip her for all the hard work and wonderful service but Lori would not accept. She returned the extra money on her next visit. She is coming back to organize our new garage with Christmas storage and "garage" stuff. If you need to get that junk room, basement, garage, or closet cleared out and organized then call Lori. You will not regret it!!!!! It is an amazing feeling to be able to find the items you are looking for instead of chaos. You find room you did not know you had or that long lost photo.
