"Overall the entire process went well. Ty was our initial point of contact for the process. He was incredibly polite and responsive to our needs, wants, and questions. Installation took place later that same week and Nick took care of that part of the process. Nick arrived on time and was again very polite and professional. The install took a little longer than anticipated though through no fault of Nick's. A couple of unexpected speed bumps set us back on time but did not derail the completion of our installation. "TNT Alarm was awesome!  Highly recommend...they came out the very same day I called, answered all questions we had patiently and with a lot of knowledge, and did not try to "up-sell" us on things we did not need.  They even suggested against some equipment that was more expensive because they pointed out how it was probably over-kill...even though they easily could have tried to make an extra buck.
The installation was top-notch and everything was explained very well.  Very highly recommend for any of your alarm and security system needs.
