"Unprofessional. Mardell (at N-Route) moved the washer/dryer out of place in a haphazard way and broke the vintage tile without informing us that he was moving it. He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."

As a factory-authorized specialist for the Haier Group, we extend our expertise to all aspects of appliance repair and installation, including refrigerator repair, dryer repair, oven repair, and more. We even offer air conditioning service as well as top-quality used appliances. We repair all household appliances including furnaces! We also buy and sell equipment.

"We hired Grace Appliances when our refrigerator freezer went out. They replaced our motor with a faulty one that went out within a few months. When we called them again for service they wanted to charge us for the another motor. I refused since they had already put a defective motor in. I called the office and requested to speak with the owner and was told I could not speak with the owner. The person on the phone was rude, disrespectful and definently did not care about customer satisfaction. I will never use this service anyone and I definitely won’t recommend them to my friends or family. Business should have more respect and appreciation for their customers. I am very disappointed in the service I received. We had to go and buy a new refrigerator. All together I spent over $300.00"
