Grace Appliance Service

We hired Grace Appliances when our refrigerator freezer went out. They replaced our motor with a faulty one that went out within a few months. When we called them again for service they wanted to charge us for the another motor. I refused since they had already put a defective motor in. I called the office and requested to speak with the owner and was told I could not speak with the owner. The person on the phone was rude, disrespectful and definently did not care about customer satisfaction. I will never use this service anyone and I definitely won’t recommend them to my friends or family. Business should have more respect and appreciation for their customers. I am very disappointed in the service I received. We had to go and buy a new refrigerator. All together I spent over $300.00

It went very well. He was very punctual, explained everything he was doing, and made sure I was happy with the results.

Everything has been repaired to my satisfaction.

It went quite well, they came out and hooked me up pretty quickly.

They were great! The tech arrived early and got the job done fast. In fact they are coming back next week to repair my refrigerator.

Great dryer is excellent

We had a bumpy start, but they finished first class. I made an appointment, but when the day came I did not get a call to confirm the appointment, but when I called they did not have me on the scheduled, but they did come out that day with in an hour of my call. The were honest, polite, professional. I will keep them in mind if i have any other issues with appliances.

They sent the repair guy out to access the problem so I started the washer (which is still fictional) and the guy listened (for about 5 minutes or less) and informed me it was the rear bearings. He the wrote up the estimate and I signed it and gave him a third of the repairs cost. He then informed me they would be coming by to get the washer in the next couple of days. But instead of contacting me to schedule pick up time for the machine the guy calls me and tells me they undercharged me on the estimate and didn't charge me there mark up on the parts and labor. So the cost went from around $320 to $475 dollars to repair. Remind you that this guy has been working for them for over 15 years so how the **** you wouldn't know the cost and mark up. This is there way of doing there cost of Bait and Switch to take more of your money. And the managers response when I spoke to him about was "we just trying to stay in business" and was very nonchalant about the situation. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't use these company, there service is HORRIBLE!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

I found Grace on Angie's List and gave them a call at 20 minutes to 1 pm. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. She asked 'when do you need service?' When I told her asap she said someone could be here by 5 pm today. She took all of my info and said that the service fee would be deducted from the cost of parts and labor if I ended up getting work done. Well the service tech arrived less than one hour later. I was surprised by how quick the turnaround was, if I'm being honest. He listened to the dryer, diagnosed the problem, quoted the price and was able to replace the pulley on the spot. So at 2:40 pm, roughly 2 hours after I called for help, my wet clothes are back inside the now fully functioning dryer and I am happily browsing the internet and able to get on with the rest of my tasks for the day.

My experience with Grace Appliance Service was absolutely great! The appliance tech came out within two days of my call and he recognized the problem with my dryer right away. The part for my dryer was delivered and installed fairly quickly as well. Most importantly, though, the appliance tech was courteous and professional the whole time. I've recommended Grace Appliances to all of my family and friends since then and they've all loved their services just as much as I do.
