"Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. And Doug never mentioned that I needed a new skylight window. If you need a new roof please do not hesitate to hire Prefered Roof System. And you will not regret it. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."
