We live in an old house (built in the 1930s I think) and the basement walls were showing their age. We also had some water issues during heavy rains. Crossroads trenched the basement, secured the walls with wall anchors, added a sump pump, and also added helical piers around the outside of the house to support areas of the foundation that were sinking. Miguel and Eric performed some truly Herculean efforts in doing all this work - and they did a damn fine job. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, and the top-notch quality of their work. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Alberto from Bison Landscaping was extremely easy to work with from the very beginning when he examined the work I needed completed. He provided a very detailed cost estimate to fix my retaining walls in my backyard. He was very understanding, took precise measurements, and provided options to replace the damaged RR ties that formed my backyard landscaping retaining walls. Other contractors provided estimates without measurements which I found very odd. Alberto was thorough and provided multiple pictures of stone walls he installed for other clients. It was very easy for us to choose exactly what we wanted installed. He and his team battled some very poor weather when work first began, but made quick progress in removing all RR ties and tree roots. They also installed drainage piping and gravel along the walls' foundations. The team cleaned the entire work area and the project took only one week! We are so happy our backyard wall is fixed and looks great! We highly recommend them!"
