Although Band L would custom make the cabinets, the estimate was not much higher than another company that would use prefab cabinets. There is not much that can be done to change our kitchen and we wanted to maximize space. By going with custom made cabinets, they can be made to any dimension and maximize our work space. The people from Band L are wonderful to work with because they listen to what you want, not what they think you should want. The workmanship is first class. We just love the new cabinets. They also were able to stay right on schedule despite having to have other companies come in and do work for the plumbing, lighting and flooring

Before 8:00 the same day, I had a phone call from Brian before he even arrived at the office. We set up a tentative appointment and he said that he would double check his schedule when he got to the office to make sure nothing had changed since he left the day before. About 30 minutes later, he called me to let me know that a flooded basement call had come in and that it would be a little later before we could meet and that he would call me when he was about 30 minutes away. Brain called me earlier than expected, met me promptly at my house, discussed all of my options with me and even shared the name of a contractor who could help replace the damaged floor if I so desired after the drying process was complete. I felt at all time as though I was Brian's main concern and that he was focused on helping me. While the floor will be drying through the weekend, I already know that customer service is a priority for Magna Dry. I highly recommend their services

They were very responsiveness with our time commitments. We even had to call them over the weekend to add to the order to address some issues with the garage. They called right back and made sure they could get into our scheduled timings. When they arrived on Monday, they went through all the rooms, quickly measured and confirmed our final quote. They were friendly and professional and quick. They got all the stains out of the carpets and did a very thorough job. We will be using them again every time we need our carpets and floors cleaned. "Within the last 18 months, I have used A&D Hydra Clean for 2 sump pump failures leading to flooding in the home theater space of my basement. "Two men came out when they did the carpet cleaning, and 2 men came out to clean out our duct work. It took the workers about 3 hours to clean all our carpets and the men that cleaned out the duct work completed the job in about 2 hours. The company is well known and the workers are courteous. They are professional and they came out on time.
