This Clean House Corp With Niecy Frazier

Neicy did an amazing job.  I am a long term renter (10+ years) and while I am neat, perhaps clean is not my strength.  Neicy came in and moved all my stuff to clean out the corners of the apartment.  She moved all the books and cans and junk to deep clean the apartment and then put them neatly back (and better organized than I had them).  She cleaned the bathroom better than new.  I've never seen the refrigerator and stove so sparkling. 
I enthusiastically recommend her.

They came as scheduled. I didn't have much contact with them. Once we set up with them, they came and cleaned.

The first visit, Niecy and two workers pulled out the washer, dryer, the fridge and stove to clean behind them. I hired her to come weekly. I gave them their own key, their own access code to the security system and we worked out a schedule. Niecy and her employees would let themselves in and out. Everything worked out fine, initially, with the only rule that no one enter my home office. Eventually Niecy left two people to do the work unsupervised and I would come home to unpleasant surprises: the stovetop and microwave would be left dirty. Someone lost my house key, no one told me. So, they were arriving early and forcing me out of my own room so they could clean it then leave the front door unlocked. A door sensor was disabled leaving the alarm system disarmed for a while until I figured that out and fixed it. Although I would find things from my shower on my bathroom floor later; apparently, the house became clean 10 mins after I left since the worker would leave soon after I did.

The only issue I had was the late arrival without any warning.  They were scheduled at 8am so I was up early and waiting and finally got a call that they wouldn't be there till 10am.  Which was fine just would have been nice to know earlier.
They moved all the livingroom furniture and scrubbed all the walls, baseboards, baseboard heaters and blinds.  Washed windows, doors and lights.  Everything looked great when they were finished, even neighbors commented on it.  I will definitely have them back.

She (and her crew) are awesome.  I've been working with her since October or so, as I'm trying to get my house on the market and sold.
From what some folks on here say, she is supposedly on the upper end of price, but I don't agree.  The work I'm receiving is a great value and definitely worth it. I compared her prices with my neighbor's former housekeeper, and I'm getting a better deal and better work with Niecy.
She is flexible and responsive to phone calls and messages and is very accomodating with my odd schedule and real estate showings.
Top notch service, I am really going to miss her when I get to Wisconsin.

Niecy was fabulous! Last summer we rented a 3,000 sq. ft. home and arrived into town to find it filthy. The kitchen was covered in grease, the carpets were full of dog hair, and all the fixtures (dishwasher, faucets, showers) were caked in hard water deposits. With only two days before our belongings would arrive, I made a desperate call to Niecy. She had compassion, reworked her schedule, and made time for us within those two days. When her team arrived, they were hard-working, tackling all the big chores as well as the details like vacuuming the window sills, cleaning out the shower drains, sweeping the garage. I was most impressed when Niecy returned to check on the work and put in another hour, herself, using special cleaners to deal with the hard water deposits that no one else had been able to remove. She and her team accomplished in one afternoon what would have taken me weeks to do. Five months later, I am still so grateful!

I contacted Ms. Frazier through Angie's List, and she was able to schedule me for an estimate the very next week (despite being in the middle of the holidays!!). I'm sure she was scared when she walked in the front door. Every horizontal surface was covered in clutter. (I had to shove a pile of papers over to the other side of the couch when she needed a space to sit down and write the down the estimate sheet!) However, Niecy smiled, laughed it off, and told me not to worry. Her estimate was incredibly reasonable, and we scheduled the initial clean for today, just a little less than a week after the estimate.
I had originally planned to clear the clutter prior to Niecy's arrival, but I started working full-time this week and wasn't able to get around to it. The house was a cluttered this morning as it was the day she came to give me an estimate, so I put a cardboard box in each room and gave Niecy permission to put all of the clutter in the box for me to sort through later. I apologized and apologized and apologized, but Niecy reassured me that it was no big deal and shooed me out the door to enjoy my Saturday while she and her crew set to work.
When I came home four hours later, I was so excited. All of the surfaces (windows, countertops, fan blades, floors, sinks, etc...) had been cleaned and shined. All of the clutter had been neatly placed in the cardboard boxes, and I felt like I could finally breathe in my house again. Niecy and her crew met all of my expectations, and their smiles and wonderful attitudes were a great bonus.
I plan to have This Clean House maintain our home with monthly cleaning visits from here on out, and I'm really looking forward to working with Niecy in the future.

It all seemed very organized. Niecy went thru and inspected the work herself. They were done in the amount of time that was estimated.

I recommended Niecy Frazier and This Clean House to our church board because her crew cleaned a rental house for me earlier this year.  I was impressed with the work she did, and it was a delight doing business with her.  They vacuumed floors (scrubbed, in the kitchen), dusted and wiped or washed everything, chased out cobwebs that were older than they were, dusted the books in the library, made the restrooms sparkle, and the kitchen shine.  The board asked me to write the review because I have an Angie’s list account.  This Clean House is now on the church list of preferred providers, and we will definitely call Niecy again when it’s time for another round.

Overall, the whole experience from initial phone call to final walk-through was totally positive.

WOW!  Niecy and her crew (almost) made a silk purse out of a sow's ear.  After I inspected the work, I told her I might move in instead of renting it!
The cleanest that house has been since we've owned it!  Kitchen cabinets clean, inside & out.  Kitchen & bath fixtures sparkling. Windows we can see through again.  Front porch and walk swept clean.  And the house no longer had that stale houe aroma.  If they missed anything, I didn't see it.  I put the For Rent sign up as the crew was driving away. 
Appropriately named, This Clean House is a keeper!   I definitely got what  I paid for.

I found Niecy's business (This Clean House) on Angie's list.  The job was for a very large 3-story lake house out of town from my primary residence.  Niecy met me at the property, did a thorough review and quote for the first deep cleaning, and then discussed ongoing monthly cleaning fees for reguarly cleaning.  She and her crew came on the scheduled date and worked long hours to complete all of the work.  I absolutely recommend her for her reliability, professionalism, thoroughness, and trustworthiness.

I first contacted Niecy in January for an estimate for bi-weekly cleaning of our home. Her prices were a little higher than others I spoke to, and I wasn't sure I would need her promised level of service, but I ws so taken with her professionalism, promptness, and responsiveness, I almost hired her anyway.

I didn't. And NOW I regret it.

I've been laid up for 7 weeks fighting pre-term labor with my second child. a family member hired Niecy and her crew to come clean our home for us. I almost didn't accept since we had someone coming bi-weekly, but I was a little disappointed in their level of detail. I'd be lying by omission if I didn't admit that Niecy's consultation in January hadn't been haunting me a bit. So, I decided to accept her services.

Her team came in two days later. Two women spent almost 6 hours in our home cleaning it from top to bottom. Niecy got them started by introducing them to me, giving them a tour, giving them a list of things to do, and asking them if they thought they'd need any additional supplies. She came back every two hours to see how things were going asking them questions and checking to make sure everything lived up to her tough standards. She was kind, but my kind of girl - high expectations!

The ladies were courteous and quick to ask questions if they weren't sure how something worked - taking out the 80+ year old screens from the windows, working the self-cleaning oven, etc.... something I especially appreciated. When they were working, I felt like such a heel. I knew I was decent in my domestic abilities, but a housekeeper, I decided, I am NOT. These girls put me to shame! My house never looked so good! REALLY.

When they were done, even my three-year old could tell the cluttered home office was clean. (He showed everyone who came into our home for days!!) My mother was begging me to hire Niecy's team weekly and immediately and was jealous they were two hours away from her. My husband even thanked me for accepting the gift - when he originally was madder than h*** that I accepted when we had a bi-weekly service already.

Needless to say, I'm changing my service. Niecy's team was worth every penny and then some!

The house was CLEAN when done, not a speck of dust or dirt to be found. I am VERY particular about cleaning, have always refused a house cleaner because I am so picky, but I called Niecy based on Angie's list recommendations and she lives up to expectations! Niecy Frasier and her team do a great job. Prices reasonable; they are thorough, professional, and they know CLEAN! Very highly recommended, and I am HARD to please.

We needed to have our home deep cleaned before putting it on the market and had heard of this company from friends who had the same thing done. Niecy came out soon after contacting her and did a walk-through of what she would do, how long they would be here, and quoted a price. We scheduled a date then. They showed up on time.

Niecy and her staff did a superb job. Niecy is a perfectionist so everything was cleaned extremely well. I highly recommend this company whether it's to do a deep cleaning or have recurring cleaning service.

I contacted Niecy and she came and gave me an estimate.  We set up a date for her to come and do the cleaning.  She cleaned my oven, did windows, pulled out appliances, plus the dusting, cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming that goes with thorough cleaning.  She even took things off of our porch and swept it!  She and her assistant were prompt and worked from 9 to 6 on the house.  She was very professional and took a great deal of pride in her work and service.  I will be employing her on a monthly basis for just regular housecleaning.

I was very pleased with the results.    The cost was billed at $225 (according to her printed price list).  She gave me a 20% discount since I got her name from Angie's List (at least I think that is why I got the discount, maybe not). Niecy  is very professional, pleasant, and extremely hard working.  I recommend her withour reservation.

The cleaning was excellent.  She first came for a pre-visit to see the space, and then she came back with a team member to do the cleaning.  We were there for the first part of the visit and answer any questions, then left to get out of the way.  We came back to a house that looked and smelled great on the inside.  The sink was cleaner than we've seen it in a long time - including after our own attempts to clean it.  We were totally happy with the result.  It was a little pricey, but she was very good and professional.  Thanks!

I needed my entire apartment cleaned on extremely short notice.  I was having guest stay for the weekend and needed to drive out of town for most of the day on Friday so I had no time to clean myself.  I called Niecy on Thursday afternoon and she aranged to give me an estimate Friday morning, and someone would be by to clean shortly after noon.  The estimate was fair, I needed a lot of work done (I have a 3-year-old who really leaves her mark) and it was such short notice.  When it came time for cleaning, I still had laundry everywhere and no time to finish it or sort it and put it away before I left.  I put the clothes in my room and requested that I no longer wished for my bedroom to be cleaned.  The only thing I was a little concerned about was that the price was not adjusted for this change.  I do understand, however, that on an exceptional time constraint such as this, it shouldn't be expected, but it would have been nice.  I will definitely hire Niecy again!  I was very impressed with the services rendered and they stay for 4 hours just to get everything spic and span!

I called Nicey from Chicago to have her clean an apartment in Lafayette, Indiana. My daughter was subleasing an apartment for six weeks of summer school. Needless to say we made the sublease commitment sight unseen! It was UNBELIEVABLY disgusting. The girls moving in would not touch a thing, let alone stay there. The bathrooms, bedrooms, family room, and kitchen were truly a health hazard. I honestly don?t think any inch of the apartment had been cleaned in the last year while four boys had lived there. You know it?s bad when even teenagers are disgusted. We were looking for other housing arrangements. I found Nicey on the internet and called to see if she would be willing to clean this disaster. She went above and beyond! She was completely booked, she?d been in a car accident, and was without a vehicle. Between rescheduling clients and arranging for a rental car, she worked us into her schedule. She was sensitive to my mom-out-of-state concerns. She scrubbed and wiped and disinfected and made that place shine! The girls were finally able to use the kitchen, bathroom, sit in the family room and sleep in their bedrooms. I?m a picky cleaner myself. When I came to visit and saw the before pictures, and the actual results, I was amazed. A huge thank you to Nicey for doing a superior job, being extremely conscientious with her cleaning, and going above and beyond with her service. I HIGHLY recommend her!

She is immaculate and diligent. She is thorough and will stay until the work is done. She is flexible and works with my timing. She is polite, professional and discrete. She has pride in ownership of her work. She is worth every cent that we pay her.
