I had a very serious mold problem in the crawl space of my home. It was causing me to have severe headaches, runny eyes, and respiratory problems. When they began work on my home, they put me at ease by letting me know "not to worry that they would take care of the problem". They were absolutely correct! The very first day after they started to work, I noticed a marked change from what they had accomplished after only one day. "There is a short story and a longer story for those of you that like to read in full details and those of you that just want a glimmer of what happened and why I suggest staying away. SHORT STORY: Terrible communication from start to finish. I'm rather certain (as are 2 other companies) that they did not complete the repair that they said they did. They can't prove to me beyond a reasonable doubt that they did and refuse to give me my $800+ back. Also, all of their employees have been nothing but rude except Ryan Martladge who I spoke to after the first incident but he isn't back until Wednesday (7/20/21) and everyone refuses to let him know that I've called and asked to speak to him (even before he was out of the office). Very untrustworthy. LONG STORY: We had a leak in a very odd spot so we knew it had to be related to the roof and not plumbing. The first time we called, they rather quickly decided it was the pipe boot that goes over the bathroom vents and "replaced" both vents. Terrible communication is what did me in the first time. People just showing up unannounced and in unmarked vehicles, etc. The second time I attempted to use them, it got way worse. The leak randomly came back 6 months later and I had spoken to Ryan Martladge after the first incident and he told me to call him if the problem came back to give them another try. Kingdom was my first call with the leak reappeared and they sent out Austin Collier. Austin showed up and was here for about a total of 20 minutes. He went on the roof and couldn't see anything obvious so he decided and told me that it had to be the part that goes along the seam where the two sides meet and that we should replace it. He said he'd send me a quote. Which I still have yet to recieve. After I received no quote, I called two other companies to come out and both other companies spent 2+ hours trying to figure out the source of the leak and after going on the roof (and knowing that I had told them that the pipe boots got replaced in December 2020), they both came back and said that they were very certain that those pipe boots weren't new. Also, both other companies ended up finding the source of the leak which had absolutely nothing to do with the pipe boots. I attempted to reach out to the company to ask if they could prove that they did the repair that they say they did, and all I got was an order form (which that only proves you ordered something but not that it got installed) and a "before" photo from very far away. They had no other proof and refused to give me a refund on what I'm quite certain they did not replaced. I hope they learn to take before and after photos if nothing else."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
