"I wish I could give 0 stars. They came out spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the problem and recommended I add a circuit breaker. The price was $800, but they wanted $400 up front. I was apprehensive, but they could do the work same day and I needed it done. The electrician came out about 2 hours later, spent another 10 minutes and then told me that the issue was neutral wire coming from the power pole outside and to call ComEd. These two visits, combined less than 30 minutes, cost me $400. The owner (first guy that came out) was extremely rude telling me he paid Angi for my lead, gas for him and the electrician, and time so he was charging me the $400, even though no work was done and I wholeheartedly believe HE should?ve found the issue in his initial visit, but he saw dollar signs. I would never use these people again, nor would I recommend them. The electrician was professional and I appreciate it, but this was not $400 worth of services and I feel cheated."
