Installed a new toilet. Replaced our old surround with beautiful tiles and even put up shelves and bars in the tub for our future years!? Job very well done! Thank you Luis. Then we met Dennis. Yet another hard worker,prompt and ready to work. He refinished our ancient of days bath tub. Now it looks completely new! I personally all phases of the project at hand. References are available .I am a sole owner and have no employees .I only subcontract when required by law ,ordinance, or code. Current billing rate for 2022 is $80.00 per hour. One hour minimum to cover fuel & mileage. Additional services: Installation of all types of wall tile, wood trim, crown moldings, mantles, wainscot, drop ceilings, drywall, general framing, basement finishing & remodeling ,electrical rough in, wiring, fixture replacement,
"He is very quiet, but does an awesome job. He installed new shower heads in both bathrooms, installed over 40 handles on the new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixed the bedroom window with parts ordered from Anderson, caulked nails on the roof and flashing, helped me clean the vent in the bathroom, and even changed burned out bulbs because I can't get up on a ladder. He spent his whole day here, did a fabulous job, and I can't thank him enough."

"The bathroom remodel was in April 2018. The job was finished one day later than described and that was unavoidable because I live in a very old house. Larry and Augie were absolute gentlemen, talented and skillful, and the job was cleaned up every day before they left. They arrived on time, took their lunches and breaks nearly to the minute and kept me informed every day of what was happening. The family room remodel will be completed next week when the bar top is installed and this job went exactly the same as the bathroom. Tommy and Eddie were also complete gentlemen and also very skillful and creative because in this old home creativity was a necessity to overcome some obstacles. Andy, the project manager, continually made his presence known and I felt very comfortable contacting him for any thoughts or questions I had. I would most definitely use Apex again."

The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"
