Yet another hard worker,prompt and ready to work. He refinished our ancient of days bath tub. Now it looks completely new! We not only are happy with the job but both guys were really good about cleaning up the mess. We highly recommend this crew,they know what they?re doing. It has been said that the three most stressful things in life are dealing with a divorce, a death, or a move. We believe it is our job to take each customers situation and tailor our service based on what they need at that time. We have grown because of our willingness to please the customer is not limited to our office hours, or the amount of money the customer has to spend. It is not at all uncommon for us to hold a check for a customer, or start a move at a time that is convenient for the customer, but at a time that will have us working untill midnight; at no extra cost to the customer. Now that we have dozens of employees and do hundreds of moves a year, most of which are routine, it has become my job to handle the details that truly make us a service company. "At first i was greatly disappointed. Very unprofessional- bait and switch. Was quoted around 500-515 dollars by a lady in the corporate office so I went forward with them. Little did I know on the front end there was some hidden fees. They charge you 100 dollars extra for gas, even though our move was 5 minutes away...that's absurd. Also they charge you extra for furniture pads and saran wrap. But wait there is more! They broke our ping pong table and never filled out the paper work like they said they would! I had to contact them and the owner was unaware of the ping pong table being broken. They also never contacted me until 4 days later and quoted me 790 dollars, 270-290 dollars higher than I was quoted JR the Owner made it right and took off 50 dollars for gas and didn't charge us for the furniture pads and saran wrap as long as we didn't file a claim for the ping pong table. I added a star because JR is a reasonable man and owner but the way they do business is sub par. Also their movers are good people and they work hard but didn't tell their owner of the damaged item. Overall they have a few things to fix before I would call them again."

We are a veteran owned, and local firefighter. We are a transport company. We do mainly long distance moves. All of our equipment is 2021 or newer. We are new to this site, We have over 300 long distance moves under our belts. With a positive feed back of 98% can provide a list of reviews. We don’t just simply do household moves we have multiple trailers ranging from a three car hauler, equipment trailer.

I hired Doug Mulinix and DLM transport to ship a park model trailer and paid $1750.00 deposit on a $7000.00 job in Feb 2023 was told it would be picked up within 3 days and here we are in April and as of April 9th and several excuses I still have no trailer and after many conversations with owner Doug Mulinix was ultimately told he was NOT going to pick up my trailer and for me to get a lawyer to get my deposit back! Then he blocked my phone number! W**? So he is going to get his wish! Do not hire! I thought by hiring a veteran/ firefighter owned company I was getting someone with INTEGRITY! He has zero!!!"
