"Signed a contract to have my 2 car garage floor resurfaced and coated. Paid required deposit and was told it would be 6 weeks out. Company supplies a trailer for you to store contents of your garage while work is being done. I had to contact company at 5 weeks because I had not heard from anyone. I was told there were not sufficient trailers available but if I could store my garage contents they could do the job next week. Then I receive a call that my scheduled day had to be pushed back because of machinery issues. Then the following day I get a call that they have reviewed the condition of my garage floor and it is too far gone to handle the resurfacing process. Total incompetence ! Awaiting the return of my deposit."

If you keep your swimming water warm and toasty, budget between $300 and $5,700 for the cost of installing a pool heater.

It is possible to restore a filled-in pool. If you want to dig up and repair a filled-in pool in your backyard, the process will cost about the same as the cost of installing a new in-ground pool. You might do this if the filled-in pool is causing sinking, swelling, or drainage issues in your yard. A new pool may resolve these problems and increase your property value.

The only pools that don’t need grounding are those without electrical components, such as small inflatable pools. Any outlet around a pool should be a GFCI to cut the current if the outlet gets too wet.
