First time she came, she brought the woman who would be performing the work. She explained it would take a few visits to bring my home up to 'snuff'. I understood that, however, after each visit, she was finishing in less time and not thorough at all. None of my vanity's were wiped down. The last time she was here, she finished in 1 1/2 hours and had to sit in my living room and wait for her ride. She didn't wipe down either of the toilets, I had to remind her to wipe the inside of the windows, she wiped the floors back and forth so fast that it just pushed the dirt and dust to the walls and stuck to the baseboards, she didn't wipe down the desk/counter in the kitchen - not ONCE when she was here. None of the light switches were wiped, no sides to tables, legs, chairs, etc. Very sloppy and halfway completed work. I owned a cleaning service for a decade in my younger years and I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of thoroughness. Did not even wash the floor behind the bathroom doors! My husband came out with a handful of dust/lint the last time she was here from the downstairs bath. No door handles wiped. Just not thorough...
