Heat- The water we use is up to 130 degrees 4.) Vacuum- Our 3 Phase vacuum removes soil and dirty water from your floors 5.) "Nightmare experience with pump and heater installation! 1) Service technician, Jeff, took my original pump without asking my permission. 2) Service technician, Jeff, cut the sand filter discharge line to allow dolly access for the heater installation AND did not replace the discharge line. 3) Service technician, Jeff, did not return as promised to complete the install the following day. I waited 6 days for Service Tech, Jeff, to return with parts and Leslie's Customer Service Dept just informed me Service technician, Jeff, marked my installation 'COMPLETE'. 4) 6 days (and counting) without a working pump and heater."
