The house is old; when we removed the old tile, flooring problems were found, but not an issue for Stefan. He got right into it, made a plan, and got the necessary materials. "I originally contacted Joe and Sunny Day about building a small garage/Pool House. I later changed my plans to build a covered patio which is adjacent to the pool and gives me a cohesive space between house and pool. Resulting in better home re-sale value. I had an idea in mind and Joe took it, improved on it and built a beautiful reality. Joe and his crew are so easy to work with, Prompt, Respectful,Couteous, Professional and Driven. I could not have hired a better company. Joe stayed on top of things at all times. Project was completed in a timely manner and spot-on budget. "The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
