"Very accommodating company. Responded to all my questions and concerns, treated my home with the utmost respect and left it clean. The room was a bedroom carpeted by prior owners. When I removed the carpet, it uncovered a nightmare. The room used to be part of the garage. The previous owners left the oil spills. dirt, and cracks and just covered it with carpet. Soooooo disgusting. Perma seal ground out the cracks, pumped poly foam underneath for support, sealed the cracks, ground them to level them, and it even looks like they tried to clean up the disgusting oil spills left by previous owners. (I'll be doing additional scrubbing). I will wait for spring thaw to assess its waterproofness before I order my new floor. See before and after shots."

"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "Abraham Home Improvement just installed a 12 x 12 deck for us. The 3 gentlemen were very friendly with both me and my pup. They were on time and worked a full day. They cleaned up any and all material, they also moved any extra material into my shed. They were reasonably price, and I am considering using them again. I have posted pictures on Facebook for all of my friends to see and I have a couple of people ask for their number. I would most definitely recommend them."

"It went very well, from the estimate to completion. Greg was clear, honest and direct and he cares about his customers being satisfied. The workmen arrived  on the date agreed upon, were generally neat and clean and careful about my  house. It was a big, messy job and they cleaned up well. There were a few details to finish and Greg came personally to complete the little things. For example, during the clean out and other work, a t.v. cable was pulled loose and fell between the walls.   Greg came back to fix it. He made sure I was  happy with the job. I can already notice a difference from the pebble/dirt crawlspace and the new one with the liner. I notice less dampness in the family room, and there is no more smell, even on days it is raining. I trust it will be significantly warmer in the winter.

"This work was done through Choice Home Warranty, with the repair being given to Sears Services. The first Technician diagnosed the problem as being the heating element on the bottom of the ice maker not working, so the dumping motor was under stress to push out the ice from the tray. The ice maker was replaced and tested fine. However, the new ice maker was a new model (the freezer is 13 years old) and appeared to be identical except that the ice maker plug cover did not connect to the freezer wall to cover the plug. The cover was left pushed down on the electric cord and in the path of the back finger that pushes out the rear cube. That stopped the ice maker from working. Only notice it about 30 minutes after the Technician left. Called within hours but had to wait a week for the next appointment. That second appointment was postponed due to an illness of the Technician and pushed back to the following week. The Technician who came completely removed (cut off) the plug cover, which may not have been necessary. I think it would have been possible to cut off the 2 inserts molded into the cover intended to snap into slots in the freezer wall (the old cover used screws to hold it to the wall) and cover the plug and the multi-colored wires going into it. Now all that is visible. I also had the second Technician adjust the side-by-side, separate framed refrigerator and freezer as they had been misaligned by a prior Technician. The magnetic spacer between the units was preventing the refrigerator door from properly closing. The Technician was thorough in his work, removing the bottom panel of the frame kit to get to the levelers on the bottom of the units and also be able to grab and shift the units into alignment. After he left we noticed that the refrigerator door, though closing properly, seems to be easier to open . . . . like the magnetic seal is not as strong. The door closes tight but just seems different. Don't know why."
