He was thorough in the answers and knew his system and was able to answer questions where we would understand everything. Then a few days later he & his installer were back to install the system. Again they were courteous, friendly, and professional. Ken, who did the install, was patient at taking us through the process of understanding the system & how to use it. They service their customers after the install which was something we liked also. They ran behind some from being with another customer, but he always
