We were in kind of a jam and with the $99 quote fee if we did not use them, we went ahead with the work. We had never hired a plumber before and did not know the labor rate, $250/hr. The work was finished in less than 2 hrs and had less than $50 in parts and had a bill over $700. Like I said, they were upfront but very expensive."
