"Very professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Glad to know that I now have a plumber for all of my household needs"

"The tech, Evan, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was upfront with the costs and what he was going to do. We were in kind of a jam and with the $99 quote fee if we did not use them, we went ahead with the work. We had never hired a plumber before and did not know the labor rate, $250/hr. The work was finished in less than 2 hrs and had less than $50 in parts and had a bill over $700. Like I said, they were upfront but very expensive."

"I am so grateful for Dirk with Feikema ! He came out within a half hour of my initial phone call, which wasn’t made until after 4p. He didn’t have boots with him so he had to remove his shoes and and roll up his pants to get to the area of the basement where the sump pump was. He was so patient and kind. I could not have asked for better service. I am so glad I called! Highly recommend!"
