"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The company was very responsive to my request for a re-clean after pet stains resurfaced following the initial cleaning. The technician that came back was very helpful and made a solid effort to treat the small area that needed additional attention. My only complaint is that the price of pet stain treatment was not disclosed prior to handing me the bill. Treatment was $50/room. This added $100 to my bill, which was only $150 without the pet stain treatment. I felt that since this is so much significantly higher than the cleaning cost itself for shampooing the carpets, it should have been discussed prior to billing."

"Ohio Valley did a wonderful job.  They came out within hours of us calling and sucked all the standing water out of the carpets.  They then set up tons of industrial fans and dehumidifiers to pull out the rest of the moisture and came back daily to check on progress.  After a day or two, they pulled up the carpet in places, removed baseboards, and drilled holes in the drywall to make sure the carpet padding and walls were drying completely.  Then after ~ a week, they came back, reinstalled the carpet, and then cleaned and deodorized it.  We thought we would have to replace everything, but Ohio Valley did a great job.  They were professional, punctual, and thorough.
