Our fees are mid-range but after seeing the thoroughness and time we spend on a property, our clients generally agree that they get much more than their money's worth. Our inspections typically require 3-4 hours on site but we give the home as much time as it takes. We take digital photos of significant findings and include a caption beside of each photo describing the issue. Then, we provide a timely professional computer generated inspection report. We work outside the realtor network and do not rely on the referrals of realtors. A large percentage of our business is referrals from previous clients and repeat clients.
