Safelite AutoGlass

This company is awesome. I needed the rear window on my 2010 Ford Escape replaced after it was totally destroyed. It was later in the day and they couldnt get me in until the next morning. Before I left tho, they "crash wrapped" the window so i could still drive it. The next day the repair was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. It also looks great. From the time I walked thru the door I felt welcomed and valued. I would most definitely would use them again.

The rep helped me to get my windshield taken care of while I waited on an oil change at the Dodge dealership. It was very convenient and I can handle see where the chips were. Very Impressed!

Went amazing. Worked fully with my insurance and was payed promptly by the insurance agency. Appointment was set up for two days after the damage occurred, at my home. Safelite technician was prompt and called ahead of the arrival, even came earlier as their appointment before was not answering. Took 45 minutes to an hour for replacement. No issues thus far, 2 months later.

They replaced the windshield as promised and in the time they said. Later that week - when the truck was driven on a 240 mile trip, there was a slight whistling sound indicating something not fully sealed. As the truck was going to Denver CO the next day, I called and they made an appointment for a Safelite office in Denver to reseal the glass three days later. That was done at no charge and all is well - no leaks, no whistle!

Repair was made that would prevent further problems; however, the repair was noticeable. I have had this service done before by Safelite in another state that was not visible. Perhaps the type of chip was different, but I wasn't as impressed as I was with my prior experience.

It went great from the first contact to the installation. The appointment was set within 2 days of my call, they had the original Mercedes windshield in stock. The technician came at the arranged time and was finished in about 90 minutes. All of the people that I had contact with were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Safelite.

The actual process of replacing was painless, the technician was done in about an hour and then it was simply time. However, scheduling was where there was some issue - after initially setting the appointment time, it was rescheduled twice - the first time was due to some sort of "emergency", the second time was due to the fact that they were unable to keep their scheduled time and needed to push it back a couple of hours. That doesn't seem like much but since the work was being done at my place of work, the time they needed to push it back to would have had me waiting for it to dry until well after normal business hours - no thanks. In speaking with the technician, who did give me the courtesy of a call, it was clear that the dispatcher/scheduler pays little attention to the location of the technicians calls for the day as they made it impossible to meet the agreed upon time.
