It was a very bad experience. The work took 16 months to complete. There was almost no communication. No answer to phone messages, emails or texts. Final invoice was much greater than original estimate. The additional work was completed without any communication to me ( the homeowner).

Roofing
The roof looks better than it ever did. They did not exactly stick to the contract but they still got the job done. I felt that they were trying to cut corners because of their budget. So far the work looks good and we have not seen any leaks yet. The crews work on projects in shifts and normally don’t complete the job right after they start. Their work is intermittent.
