160 There was an existing account and fully wired house when we bought it. We got an alert that there were low batteries and we couldn't stop the alert beeps. And we needed new sensors installed on 2 new exterior doors. We have called them for over 2 weeks and have had ZERO response. Nothing....
Typical move but what impressed me was, as issues do arise, a couple items were broken (which they very easily could have hidden and did not) and they settled it within 24 hours to my satisfaction. They have a fan for life!!
