LOWE'S

Overall we had a good experience. Lowe's built the fence, as requested and it looks very nice. The contractors who actually did the building were great, they made several changes to the fence at our request as they were building it. The main issues we had were poor communication from the sales person from Lowe's who we worked with initially and his communication of what they were supposed to do to the contractors. Fence location and specific details about the fence installation (such as gate size) were not communicated to the builders. The builders/contractors were great and made the changes for us once we noticed things not going as we understood them. The other major issue was with the gates. After a short period of time they became impossible to open. It seems to be a combination of the incredibly cheap latch mechanism and the natural settling of the fence. We have had them come back out twice to and quot;fixand quot; the gates and we still have one that can't be opened. We would definitely do business with this provider again, overall we had a good experience.

The installer was very good and swift with his assistant. However when it came to communications with the store with regards to door accessories, the installer and store had poor communications. There were some items missing that were supposed to go on the front door.

The installer had his nephew working with him. It looked like an armature job. But he fixed all of his nephew's mistakes.

Their prices are supposed to be lower than other places. It is a convenient place for us to go and we have not had any real problems over there.
