"I appreciated the way Mike and Paul (Father and Son) communicated with us about the repairs we needed. They were straightforward and offered us different options and explained in detail what they could do (no BS). We were on a budget and they worked with us on cost. Gutters were seperating from the house because the pervious company that installed them did a poor job (only 6 yrs ago). They added flashing, larger brackets and longer nails. They also repaired two chimneys with tuck pointing and a chimney cap along with additional tuck pointing with some brick replacement and sealed some cracks in other areas of need. They came out on saturday for a free estimate and completed the job on Monday. We are very satisfied and plan to use them again for other repairs in the future. "The job specifically was to replace two downspouts only. This was a very small job and I even had the downspouts which the tech used, so there was no room for profit there. They did the job, removing all my novice stop gap remedy, as if it was a complete replacement of all gutters and downspouts. The tech stopped got the elbows for the job did the work and was gone in an hour. I was notified of when he arrived what he needed to do and when he was leaving. The yard was spotless and if I did not know the downspouts were duct taped to the house when I left for Chicago that morning, I would not have been able to tell the tech had been there. It was handled very professionally and courteously from the first phone call to the final notification of completion. Great job. I am very pleased with every step of the experience and would recommend them highly Oh that's right I already did. :-)"
