"The job specifically was to replace two downspouts only. This was a very small job and I even had the downspouts which the tech used, so there was no room for profit there. They did the job, removing all my novice stop gap remedy, as if it was a complete replacement of all gutters and downspouts. The tech stopped got the elbows for the job did the work and was gone in an hour. I was notified of when he arrived what he needed to do and when he was leaving. The yard was spotless and if I did not know the downspouts were duct taped to the house when I left for Chicago that morning, I would not have been able to tell the tech had been there. It was handled very professionally and courteously from the first phone call to the final notification of completion. Great job.
