"I chose Advanced Restorations for water proofing my basement after seeing their 5 star rating on the BBB , from the top the owner Mike , to sales rep Marty and the workers Kendrick and his crew were all they claimed to be . "The two service guys were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and very hard working. There was a mis-communication between office scheduler and actual crews which set the cleaning back. They were willing to come late afternoon to accommodate my house schedule and worked way late, until almost 11pm. When I noticed that they had missed a few vents, they immediately went back in and took care of it. Huge machine, lots of noise, expect 4-6 hours disruption and chaos. Very good clean up and eager to know that they had done it all with no problems."

"They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.
