After hearing sam say that they are here to help me and not to earn some ridiculous huge margin like the other guys, that really swayed my choice on who to go with. The price and quality of work definitely reflected that. All the pieces were replaced and they even took care of some extra pieces that had holes in it from the previous home owner. "Evan responded to our inquiry very rapidly and started out with a base mold test to get a normal reading outside and inside and than at the specific spots we had seen mold at or that were wet from prior leaks. The basement tested high for molds that some mold that may aggravate the human body senses and respiratory system. We discussed a plan of action including getting our insurance company involved. Evan even presented himself personally at the time of our insurance adjusters appearance to assess the area in concern. Dri Right is very knowledgeable and straightforward on what has to be done and how to remediate the area in question. Evan did not waste anytime in getting started and working with us within the timeline of finding which items we could keep. One word of caution, in your insurance policy, make sure you have content damage recovery in the mold coverage clause. If you do not they will cover cost of remediation but not the contents and therefore you will have to work on your taxes to see if you can claim a substantial loss of contents. Dri Right Restoration was very concerned and forthright in their dealing and easy to communicate with and take your personal feeling into consideration as well as hard calls one has to make with mold remediation. "They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.

"Mr. able came out the same morning we called for an estimate and started the next day. It took them a little longer than originally planned as the ceilings had been painted and made the whole process a bit more difficult, but they showed up evenings and even weekends to finish up the project. They kept it as clean as the process would allow and cleaned up after they were through. Our ceilings look great and just need a coat of paint to finish them off!
