he replaced multiple switches and receptacles both upstairs and downstairs.

He replaced broken flange under the toilet. around water valves in the basement. The third basement leak was caused by the air conditioner drainage hose which was damaged and needed to be replaced and that the drainage for it was inadequate and fixed it. The last water leak was around the chimney, and he repaired it and braced the chimney.
