Paramount crafted custom drywall shapes around a couple odd ducts, and put in little doors to the crawl space and water main. The half bath is still beautiful. It all has a professional look. I asked them to put in a large basement window lined with timbers instead of an aluminum or plastic liner, and it came out really well and is still in great shape. This is the nicest space in this 1971 ranch house in Gunbarrel Green. (Cost below is approximate, based on memory.) -c

She accompanied us when shopping for granite, hardware, plumbing, lighting, etc. She was good at learning our likes and dislikes so she could better help us with choices when we needed her. We received daily email updates on the construction progress. We always received very prompt attention when we had questions or comments. With GuyCo, no detail was too small to discuss, no imperfections were ignored, and there was no skimping on quality

He spent lots of time with me explaining the issues and how to prevent the problem in the future. He used sophisticated equipment including an infrared camera, a moisture sensor and a particle counter.He developed a detailed project list and then his team began executing to that action plan within two days! The whole team was impressive--professional, courteous, and expert. I knew we were in good hands. They came back after the cleaning was dry--on time and with a level of expertise that I am just not used to. Everything was handled. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Because of Paul Davis and especially to Steven, my parents were restored to normal. Thank you so much!!

His Spanish lace looks better than some other areas in the home. He did a red accent wall and it looks perfect. He works very fast and his quality of work looks amazing

- Residential ServicesWe are very pleased with the new shower. We had started to work with another contractor, but he wanted us to buy the base and wall panels thru Agean Marble. The panels that they had did not match our existing bathroom fixtures. We found what we wanted at Custom Cast in Sharonville, and bought thru Lowes. The other contractor broke off contact when we insisted on the product from Custom Cast. Bob Kontout had no issues with us purchasing the Panels thru Lowes and he would do the installation. Bob always showed up on the scheduled days and called prior to arrival. He also stayed in contact by email to check on when the custom panels would be in. He scheduled a plumber who came on Saturday and called to make sure the plumber completed his work We would also like to say that Custom Cast was very helpful in getting the right configuration for the base and wall panels, as Lowes was clueless. Agean Marble was also helpful, as we ended up ordering the Basco shower doors thru them as again Lowes was useless, even though they are a dealer for Basco. You can't go wrong with Bob Kontout. He knows what he is doing and his labor cost are reasonable, very professional and does a complete job

"Cost $4850- They replaced our very large chimney cap, spalled bricks on chimney and other places, shored up the sagging bricks over the garage opening, re tuck pointed the bricks under most of the windows and on one doorway, fixed cracks on at least 3 walls and other small fixes, they really knew what they were doing. I was surprised how much better the whole house looked with all the bricks fixed up. They did a great job!

"Within the last 18 months, I have used A&D Hydra Clean for 2 sump pump failures leading to flooding in the home theater space of my basement. Both of those events required water mitigation and a restoration process. I CANNOT say enough positive things about this company. First, the Professionalism by which each and every member of the A&D Hydra Clean team conducts themselves is second to none. I would be more than comfortable allowing any of them to be in my home in my absence any day of the week. Second, the puncutuality. They were ALWAYS on time. Now, I can't say the same for me but when they told me they were going to be there...they were there. Third, the Responsiveness.
