The new gutters move water much more effectively than the old, and the gutter guards keep the leaves from clogging them. "I had a long list of very diverse items that needed to be done before I could rent the home.  Dave was great.  He was able to repair doors, touch up paint, hang a light fixture, repair drywall, repair a chimney crown, power wash the deck and caulk the bathroom vanity.  It is very difficult to find a good handyman who has to knowledge and experience to do a lot of different things.  Most contractors don't want to be bothered with smaller jobs.  I had used Maximus to do a roofing job and some drywall repair so I thought it was worth a call to Eric to see if he had someone on his crew that could do all this miscellaneous stuff and thankfully, he did.  Dave was easy to work with and attentive to detail.  While the price might look high for handyman work, in all fairness to Maximus, it was a list of twenty items that I needed done and Dave was there off and on for a week so I feel that I got a fair price for everything I had done.
I gave Maximus a B on punctuality on this one since they were supposed to start on a Thursday but didn't actually make it until Saturday and they had not let me know they were delayed.  Eric did apologize and he has always been prompt before so I feel this was not the norm for him and I will not hesitate to use him again.

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

I was very impressed with Calibers professionalism and work ethics. Lenard and Cassandra did a remarkable job through the entire project.
