They went over in great detail the product (windows) and what features were available. The windows were ordered, the prices were detailed and explained carefully. He was also very knowledgeable about how to soft wash our brick to not cause damage and recommended some bleach for our algae and ant problem by our windows that was covered by shrubs when we first moved in.
