Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. He was also very knowledgeable about how to soft wash our brick to not cause damage and recommended some bleach for our algae and ant problem by our windows that was covered by shrubs when we first moved in.
