Apex replaced the gutter boards closing up the entry space. They then put up new seamless gutters. This completely solved our problem. They also repaired a fracture in the vinyl siding on our front porch, putting up new siding on the entire porch to ensure that there was no noticeable difference due to aging - looks great.
