"The service team was very thorough in explaining the steps of my two fans that were to be installed and the electrical outlet install, all costs were upfront and visible. "The service tech came and was very polite. He quickly pointed out the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was with the electrical outlet and not the dryer. He told me what needed to be done to correct the issue and I was then able to buy the parts at the store and fix it."
