She cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, replaced out of code parts and disinfected the vent. She was very kind and quick. "First of all, their communication is spot on. Every question I had was answered and they followed up on texts and emails quickly. They were here on time - they cleaned the windows on the outside and the screens, because I can reach all the windows inside, so I decided to do this myself. I wasn't here while they were doing the cleaning, but when I got back, I was startled by how wonderfully clean they look. I'm afraid we're going to see some little birds flying across the yard because they didn't see the windows. Extremely reasonable as well.
