The installers (Harley and Lynn) showed up on time, The schedulers were so pleasant on the phone. They told us 6 to 12 weeks to get the job completed. The materials we selected came in early so they moved it to 4 weeks. Then we got a call asking if we wanted to move it up even more as they had a cancelation. So we got our new walk in shower in 2 and 1/2 weeks. The best thing is there are no subcontractors. They all work for West Shore Homes which has been in business for 17 years. They started in Mechanicsburg, PA and now have offices in 15 states. When the installers left they cleaned up after themselves. They layed tarps down to not mar up the floors. Great job. I highly recommend this company."

"Amazed at the punctuality of the crew. They arrived at 7 AM, were on the roof by 7:15 and were driving away by 1:00 PM. The guttering was scheduled to be done, the crew arrived on time, went right to work and completed the work in an appropriate amount of time. Because of a previous job the equipment they had was wrong for my house. They had a set up for a smaller size gutter so I received a larger size which was an upgrade. The painting was the last thing to be done. It was the minor part of the job. It was completed promptly with no issues."
