"This was a full day job for three people, speading several tons of dirt to eliminate drainage issues and also spreading a few yards of mulch. Tony was prompt in showing up for initial appointment and provided an on the spot quote and date the work would be done. The weather did not cooperate and Tony actually called and texted the day before to let me know we had to postpone the work and provided an alternative date. Tony and a three member crew showed up on time, we went over the project carefully with the crew lead and they were off and running. The job was professionally completed and clean-up was complete. I did not have to do anything after they left. I was concerned going in to the project because Tony's bid was so competitive. However the work exceeded expectations and I would not hesitate to hire Land Scapes for my next project."

"We have a lot of landscaping we don't like the bark spilling over to and they are very exact. They always call ahead to make sure it's a good time and they clean up after themselves. They also do our gutters and clean our skylights!"

"We have used this service twice now, and have been pleased with their work and professionalism both times. We had one huge dead tree taken down in the back, and two Maples in front trimmed and dead removed. I’m pretty fussy about my plants, landscaping and not having things stepped on or disrupted, and they take the utmost care. BEARCO was recommended to us, and I would happily recommend them. If I need future tree services, they will be my first and only call."

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.
Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
