Grandview Landscape & Irrigation

I would HIGHLY recommend Grandview Landscape and Irrigation. They service my sprinkler system and lawn and yardwork. They are very professional, detailed and kind and compassionate. They are very proactive for service and prompt in replies. They also look after the small details and have alerted me to things I may need to take care of around the house.

Everything went great, I recommend them to anyone needing any type of landscaping. Scott was very helpful and the job was done when scheduled. We use them every year since the install to open and test our system as well and close the system at the end of the year.

The service worked out okay. I did not pay anything more than the $85 Big Deal at that time. I will have to pay. It is fine. They really kind of wanted to make sure I was going to use them again for the fall for the shut-off. They were trying to make sure I was going to do that, but I did not have to pay anything upfront. The $85 Big Deal was only to turn it on not to shut it off. I had one slight problem. They also have to file a backflow test with the state and they did not file it. So, I had a notice from the state telling me I was going to be fined, but they took care of it. The price was competitive; it was pretty good. They were pretty responsive when I called to tell them that I got that notice from the state.

The irrigation system was installed after a little over one month from the date I had paid 3000.00 to the Angies List.
 I had to pay about 500.00 more to the provider for the city permit fee and the rain sensor.
The provider showed the professionalism when I had the water licking problem after the system installation. He came to my home the next day and identified the problem was not caused the irrigation system.
The irrigation system is working pretty well so far.
I have a small problem that the street light at the front of my home is not working after the irrigation system installation.
I have not noticed this problem to the provider yet, because I am not sure yet what caused the problem.
Just a possibility the electric wire was cut during the system installation.
I have a plan to work with an electrician to identify and fix the problem.
Overall, I am satisfied for the Grandview Landscape & Irrigation's work and services.

They did a great job.

The experience was great - overseeding went well, and they did well avoiding the sprinkler heads I had in the lawn after I marked them.

Provider was professional, kept me informed of cost. Discussed issues before acting on them. Good Communication. Fast, efficient and kept cost to where it was within my budget.
