"Mike works very methodically to isolate and then prove (to himself and to me) that he has found the failing part or parts. I appreciate his approach and his style to resolving the problem. The result is that a lesser component was replaced for an intermittent problem prior to replacing an expensive fan motor. While this meant that Mike had to return to replace the motor that also turned out to be part of the problem, I appreciate the fact that he made every attempt to keep the repair costs low."

"Scott with advanced duct cleaning did a phenomenal job. He showed up a few minutes early, explained and walked me through exactly what he was going to do and got to work. He showed me via a camera how dirty my ducts were and then how clean they were after the cleaning. He also added a duct sanitizer. I would highly recommend Scott and ADC!"
