"Tammy and her crew do fantastic work. They have been our go to roofing company for over 10 years. When our 22 year old roof finally gave up the ghost, we booked them to replace it. They worked with the materials delivery schedule, which was a Friday morning delivery. The crew showed up the very next day just before 7AM. It turned out to be an extremely hot and humid day, but the guys just chugged away, only stopping for lunch around 1PM. Roof and cleanup was completely done by 6PM. They were very careful during the tear off process to avoid any damage to our backyard garden that is right up against our house, and kept all the debris out of our in ground pool. The architectural style shingles and USA’s awesome work have given us a beautiful new roof. We highly recommend them, and Tammy and her crew will continue to be our roofing contractor for the future."

"I asked the new owner (Tim Smith has sold the business to one of his former employees) to check the chimney cap installed by their business several years ago, due to a bird in the flue recently and, while here, to clean my dryer vent. The new owner and a trainee arrived to perform the requested services. The owner made no effort to get on the roof to check the cap; he said he could tell ("190% certain") from closing the cap from the fireplace opening that it was sealing propertly. Sounds like nonsense to me. He and his trainee then moved to cleaning the dryer vent. Here a total of less than 1 hour and essentially only cleaned the dryer vent, at a cost of $139. Pretty pricey vent cleaning. This was a reasonably priced, reputable business when owned by Tim Smith. I will not hire again."

"Northern Comfort System installed Heather in my rental property on December of 2022 and in March of 2023 the heather stopped working due to supposed water sensor failure. I have contacted Northern Comfort to repair the unit ASAP as cold weather was approaching, and was told that this will be fixed 4 day later as the part was not available meaning needed to be shipped. In recap the unit was 10K and it stopped working after 3 months... After calling and sending messages how disappointed I was with the service the technician who told my renters he will fix this in 4 days he came back next day to try some other fixes that didn't work. He brought 2 radiator heaters to help heat 5 bedrooms 3000sqf house that was already cold. I went and bough 6 additional electric heathers ($500) to help my renters stay warm. On Monday the tech. came out and midshaft fix the heather as it was not the water sensor but the electric panel of the unit (that they don't have on hand again), so we are waiting for part. The tech didn't call nor text to provide me with an update on the situation, but he send invoice what part need to be ordered. This is a cluster as this business have 24h operation with no parts on hand. I could have new heather unit from other company in 24h installed yet I needed to wait on part that wasn't even the problem and still waiting on the part that was/is. Maybe a correct root cause analysis would help here? Either way I am not happy, as were my renters living for 3 days in in house with no heath. It takes 50 years to build reputation and only 5 sec to ruin it. I will not do business with Northern Comfort aging."

"ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! Spent $500 to have raccoons captured and removed from the attic at one of our rentals. Mama decided to next and give birth to three young predators. Technician set 3 traps, for 3 weeks. Nada. We show up at 8p on a Friday night. Set one trap that we brought and viola' by 5a the next morning...a raccoon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"
