They did an excellent job. They came out within 3-4 hours to do the job the same day. They were very polite and considerate. They covered the floor and cleaned everything they were supposed to. They cleaned up their mess.

He is reasonable, efficient, and courteous. He was very clean and respectful of my property. He solved the problem and was outstanding. They had very good communication as well.

He seems to really know what he is doing and has a knowledge of the business. One time he broke our back step and came back within a day and repaired it perfectly.

He was on time, professional, polite and knowledeable. He explained everything he did and was very helpful in answering my questions. This is my first fireplace and he took the time to make sure I understood how to clean and operate it. I would definately hire them again!

The lower grades Jeff (owner) has received surprise me.  Chimney Dr was the fourth of four bids we were going to get on fixing our leak.  Three of four companies all "found" different leaks, and the last company just estimated EVERYTHING.  High estimate was $3,000.00 including a separate interior drywall repair estimate we were not asking for .... but that guy didn't have a ladder tall enough to get to the roof, anyway.  Jeff was the only person to actually water-leak test to confirm the source(s) of the leak(s).   He showed up on time for his first visit, phoned that he was running a bit late for his second visit  (he was actually working on one of my neighbors chimney, who is also completely satisfied with Jeff's work) and then phoned ahead three days later once he had the parts needed to complete the repair.  Our chimney was fixed that same morning.  Since then, we have had two  very hard rain storms the last two days, and not a drop of rain inside.  I will say that Jeff is a very busy man working long hours, and appears to be a one-man operation.  We could have spent over $1,000.00 on repairs that would not have stopped our leak at all, or paid far more for the same plus 'other needed work'.  The fact is, we only had one leak; not two or three.  And if we hadn't called The Chimney Doctor, we would have just burned cash.  Thanks again for all your help and GREAT service, Jeff!

Jeff came out on a Tuesday, measured for a new cap and called me with a price. We agreed on the price and he even dropped off the cap at my house on Thursday so I could paint it the same color as my house (he paints them black typically). He returned the next day in the snow and installed the cap. Very nice job and a great experience!

He was very kind, knowledgeable and neat about his work. I highly recommend him for chimney services.

A call for service was placed on a Friday and I had a new cap by Tuesday. Because of the bad leak, I needed service quickly so I had no time to get other estimates. The price seemed high, but I had no way to know. It took an hour to install and, it was custom made.

He arrived and got right to work - cleaned up - and was gone. Very fast and courteous.

He did a great job and completed after a few days. It had to wait a few weeks for availability but he showed up on time for the appointment. He guaranteed his work for a year which and we have had no problems which is great.

It was excellent. He was exceptionally clean. He was responsive and easy to work with.

He gave me a better price than others, and the work was great. He called ahead when he couldn't make it out because of weather, and he said he'd call when he got here, which he did. He put up plastic to protect the area from rain, and he cleaned up well. I would recommend him to anybody.

When we received the estimate everything was explained in detail as to how and why each item would be addressed. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

HE WAS NICE, POLITE, COURTEOUS, VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY QUESTIONS AND HE COVERED ALL OF THE NECESSARY POINTS. A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. HE WAS STRICTLY BUSINESS. HE EVEN GAVE ME A SENIOR CITIZENS DISCOUNT. I AM GETTING A QUOTE FROM HIM ON INSTALLING A FIREPLACE INSERT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

HOPEFULLY THE LEAK IS STOPPED. IF SO THEN THE VARIOUS FRUSTRATIONS WILL BE WORTH IT. JEFF IS A GREAT GUY BUT SCHEDULING AND PUNCTUALITY ARE AN ISSUE.

QUICK, RESPONSIVE AND QUALITY WORK.

I HAD TO KEEP ON THEM TO GET THE WORK DONE. FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS, I HAD TO CALL ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WHEN THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE, IT WAS GOOD.

HE WAS A DAY LATER THAN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND HE DIDN'T CALL TO LET ME KNOW. IT STILL LEAKS AND HE IS NOT COMING OVER TO FIX THE LEAK.

THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, DID WHAT THEY SAID IN A VERY TIMELY AND NEAT FASHION. REALLY FELT LIKE I RECEIVED QUALITY WORK FOR THE MONEY I PAID.
