"The service and communication was great. Chad's tree removal quote was easily 50% cheaper than any of the other quotes I received from other providers in the Indy area. He had a bucket truck and a three man crew. I initially messaged Chad via Angie's List app and received a reply back within a few days. I could tell he was incredibly busy, so communication back and forth was fine since I didn't need immediate service. He recommended I call 811 to mark the lines in the ground prior to the work being done. Scheduling for the work was a bit tricky as we didn't quite nail down an exact date, but I received a call from him within 5 days of agreeing to the service and he was at my doorstep. Once the Trees were down, he sub contracted the stump work out through BWS Stump Removal (at ~$50 per stump) - which was equally great and the stump work was done the next day. All in all, great service and I recommend Chad to anyone in the Indianapolis area needing tree work done. I will be using his services again very soon."

"Job well done!! Would definitely recommend. Tree cut down, stump ground down and everything cleaned up. Thanks guys!!!"

"Very knowledgeable on how to and why to trim certain trees. Price was a little higher than others, but you usual get what you pay for. Bill and his crew did a great job and were very professional."

"They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone for tree work."

"David Carter did a great job for me. He was prompt and kept me informed of how he planned on completing each task. He removed my fence and removed a very large stump in just 1 1/2 day. I would recommend his service to all!"

"The job was to cut down 3 tree trees. Work was done very nice. Work site was clean and organized. Very satisfied with the service."

"I've had Brandon andbhis crew out 3 tines to trim trees and cleanup brush around tree lines. Always done a great job."

"Highly recommend these folks. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work, got it scheduled within less than a week of me accepting and just finished up. They were on time, professional, did an excellent job with clean up and did everything they promised: tree trimming, removal and stump grinding. Couldn’t be happier with the results."

"Used this service through the summer for basic mowing on my yard.  I'll start with the good first.  They definitely made sure that my lawn was mowed once a week.  Now on to the rest.  Asked multiple times to have the crew raise the mower blades so that they weren't cutting my grass so short & to stop edging to the ground around the house & other obstacles.  The mowing issue was that they were cutting the grass so short that it was dying & turning brown.  The trimming was even more destructive.  Basically, they trimmed all the way to the ground so every object they trimmed around now has a ring of dirt instead of grass,  I called & spoke to the owner about this & he said he would speak to the crew to remedy the situation.  Next week, same crew, same results.  Contacted owner again.  Was told that he would address it with the crew again.  Next week, same crew, same results.
Definitely do not recommend for any lawn service from this company as they have made a wreck of my yard.

"PR Tree Service is all about their business. I put in a request for and quote and a gentleman came right out within hours to look at the project and provided me a quote. He followed up with me the next morning which showed how interested the company was about letting me know PR Tree Service was the company to go with and I am happy I did. Thanks Nicole"
