"Great price for the work, had some concrete slabs of a 38 year old multi-slab patio leveled. very happy with the results to remove trip hazards and return proper slop for rain runoff. Hope that i wont need them again but will use them if I do and would recommend to anyone."

"They were able to correct the concrete settlement eliminating trip points and areas where water was standing. This was an excellent alternative to replacing the concrete segments where the problem existed."

"Highly recommend one call fixes all. He immediately got in contact with me, pricing was good, very good with communicating and do what we wanted with the fence we wanted. Looks great! We love our little “oasis” in the back yard and our dogs do too. Will use them again for other things around the house. Also, he did it by himself, had it done with in 3 days!! Again, i highly recommended this company."

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.

Charges correlate with surface size, settlement depth, and access, often yielding significant savings over concrete replacement.

Many contractors offer warranties for their work. Confirm terms before starting the project.

Costs range from $500 to $1,500, depending on the size and condition of the area.

Address drainage issues, avoid heavy loads, and seal cracks to prevent future settling.
