The work they do is fine, but they don't understand about being on time.The time agreed to was 10:00a.m., but they called at 10:00 from 40 miles away and asked if it was raining which it was not. They ended up coming at 11:35 and had to work in a bit of a sprinkle which would not have happened if they had come on time. Another friend used them and they were scheduled for late morning and came at 12:30 p.m.

I had used the service (although not this particular franchisee) before on a smaller (curbing) project, so I knew sthe process worked. This particular time was two 10' x 12' concrete driveway sections that had been seriously undermined by ground squirrels, causing cracks to the concrete. They had cavities at least 20" deep to fill, and took the entire truckload of material. They stabilized the slabs again, bringing them back into position, which enabled me to finish the project by using concrete caulk and a finishing bonding service. He stayed within his cost estimate. Very satisfied.
