Cole Knecht came out promptly after I asked for an estimate - the estimate wasn't dirt cheap, but the project was pretty involved with more than 10 posts that needed rebuilt, an entire new gate, some panelling, and 8 of those posts were buried 20" deep in asphalt surrounded by concrete. This is a second home for my family so I didn't have experience with contractors in this area and I was getting really frustrated with the few contractors I had used. This project became a positive experience after contacting Cole. He promised a deadline and even worked on inclement weather days due to the electrical contractor and the spa dealer(Royal Spa) not being able to deliver their product on time. The communication was flawless and he always kept me updated on progress as I couldn't be there to monitor. I had obtained 4 quotes for this project and he was in the middle. The high quote was $9000 the low quote was $5800. Cole brought it in at $7700 and even did a few extra things without charging me.
