Mr. Kennedy was unable to make our first appointment, but he called me that morning to re-schedule, which I appreciated.

I knew this was a small job and some people did not even call me back to say they wouldn't do it.  But Mr. Kennedy called me back promptly and said he would do it for me.  He arrived on time and did very nice work.  The Hosta garden looked great when he finished.   I really appreciate his willingness to do a small job.  Many others only want to "cherry-pick" the more lucrative jobs.  I was very happy with his service and would highly  recommend him.

The only reason I gave a B rating in the Quality category is because there were some minor things that could be improved, such as missing some areas dusting/vacuuming, as well as making sure all windows were streak free.
