Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!! I thought I would have to throw the rug away but Service Master saved the day and truely went above and beyond!!! I truely appreciate your service and hard work!!!!"
