"My microwave failed and, after a very rapid response and a complete evaluation by a technician, Choice Home Warranty decided it was better to replace it. I got a Lowe's debit card for a significant amount and acquired a brand new Microwave to replace our old one. I am very happy with the response and action of Choice Home warranty on my account with them."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Brain introduced himself, then took off his boots so that he didn't track anything into the house. I explained the situation about the lazysusan in the kitchen. He explained what happened and fixed it. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about his work. I am very pleased and would consider hiring him to do work for me in the future.. The fee was paid by another company so I do not know the cost."

"Better than I could have imagined!!! Jeff and his crew were excellent, to say the least. I was informed prior to arrival during the construction and always informed when weather would not permit work on that day. Jeff was also willing to work through solutions when a problem was discovered that was outside of the scope of the contract. Rebel Roofing stepped in after two other Roofing contractors failed me. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his entire team over at Rebel Roofing. If you are considering Roofing services, don't waste time with the rest. Go with the best. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
