"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The work done was great. They are slow on scheduling and not the best about communicating with customers. From initial contact to job completion, it took several months. Granted, there was a lot of work to be done in the area due to hail, but we didn't receive any communication regarding scheduling for a long time. I would call and ask about the date they were to start and was told we were the next project on the list. I would call back the next week with the same response - we were the next on the list - for over a month. They will go to bat for you with insurance companies and know the insurance business very well. Yes, the length of time it took to get the job done was quite a bit longer than I would have liked, the job was done very well and the crew was always very friendly and professional.
